Where does SOURCE ship? 

Currently we ship in US only.

When do I expect to receive my SOURCE order?

Typically, we fulfill SOURCE orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is usually 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (typically extended during peak holiday seasons). Standard international shipping is usually 7-21 business days.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you notice an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us email us at info@sourceminerals.co with “Urgent - Address change” in the subject line. We will help you out. (No need to email multiple times–even if the order ships out to the original address used. We’ve got your back.)

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, we recommend checking for an overzealous spam filter before reaching out to info@sourceminerals.co.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the domestic US is free.
